I wanted to create a “resource page” full of things that have helped me throughout my healing process. Its a jumble of a lot of different kinds of things, but I like to think I’ve learned a lot this past year and I want to share that all with you! (All Unsponsored – more to come)
LYME
Here are some of the best online resources for lyme.
Global Lyme Alliance is the best one-stop-shop for all things lyme. There are a ton of resources for lyme symptoms, prevention, and treatment, along with new research funding an initiatives and a patient support portal. They also do really awesome fundraisers throughout the year. Check it out here: https://globallymealliance.org/
International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society is another great resource. They have a Lyme Literate Doctor (LLMD) directory, Provider Search, and this resource is how I found my awesome doctor! Check it out here: https://www.ilads.org/
DIET
Danielle Walker’s Against All Grain site and her four cookbooks have been an absolute lifesaver. All gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and delicious. Check it out here: https://againstallgrain.com/
Another one of my favorites is Kirstin Cavillari’s True Roots cookbook. Full of awesome recipes including yummy drinks and snacks! Check it out here: True Roots
